Default what do you suggest?

Im thinking about holding off on building a motor as long as I can. Thinking I wanna do some internals, a mild cam, thinking Ill rebuild the top end (seals and lifters, oil pump, etc.) motor has 144k, what do you guys think? will it last?

yeah itll last. whats your budget b/c from what u said about, you are building a motor pretty much. i would do a forged 347 or 383, 23Xcam and i would pick up a set of used ls6 heads

Im trying to not pull the motor and build a different one, trying to only do lifters, head gasket, valve cover, valley cover, valve cover gaskets. Oil pump and cam. I really rather not do the bottom end but if it comes down to it obviously I will
