Torque Low?

Torque Low? My buddies C5 w/ prc ported LS6 heads, MS3 237/242 114 lsa, FAST 90, LS2 90mm TB, LG Street headers and tune did 440rwhp 382lbs-ft tq through the stock clutch setup. Why is the torque so low and how could he get the TQ higher???
