Thumbs up Guys need help with ls6 motor.

Im trying to yank out my ls6motor out of my 00 ss but the motor is locked up i blew it up and i cant get to the torque converter bolts to undo the tranny completely from the motor it will turn over a lil bit an dead stop i have the one head off and the piston was completely gone on one of the cylinders any advice or am i fucked?

Can't you drop both the engine and transmission from underneath?

im doing out front of my house you can yank the motor out from the top i dont have a lift so thats what i gotta do

Oh, that sucks. Try dropping the oil pan and take off the other head. If it moves a little and then stops, there may be just a piece of piston or something keeping it from turning over. Dislodge that piece and I think you'll be alright.
