Did you replace your engine?

i think the cam sensor also controls the readings on your tach guage. sensor should be towards rear of block right under the oil pressure sensor.

My guess would be the Cam Position Sensor. Good luck, man.

Evap and cam sensor are unrelated. Have you checked for proper voltage at the cam sensor connector with KOEO? If you don't have ref voltage you can change sensors all day and not solve the problem. The Evap is a leak of some kind. Could be the gas cap seal. Evap is not easy to troubleshoot. You will need a scan tool with bi-directional controls.

Anyone have a picture of the cam sensor? I can't picture where it is.

You have to remove the intake to get to it. It goes down into the block right next to the oil pressure sending unit.

You can see it in this pic just to the left of the OPSU.

If the tach isn't working, more than likely it is a cam position sensor. Check and make sure it is plugged in. If it is, I would replace it and see if that fixes your problems.

You didn't say anything about the MAF code before. With all those issues at once it is starting to sound like you have a ground or power problem for the sensor circuits.

replace the cam sensor because thats a pretty important sensor, some other sensors work off of it.

I thought the tach ran off the crank sensor, not the cam sensor. Can anyone verify that it runs off the cam?
