Default solid motor mount

I have a 2002 camaro with the tick polluter cam and my car is in need of some motor mounts. I was told that if i put solid motor mounts on that the car will vibrate like crazy. Is there really any gain from solid mounts or are they a waste of time? thanks

Im sure others may disagree but solid mounts are not for street cars IMO.

We used solid mounts on my buddies T-rex street car. They vibrate a lot, but you really feel the car.

I have poly on mine, and am satisfied.
