Another ticking ?

Another ticking ? A friend of mine has a 02 T/A stock motor bout 68,000 on it just your normal bolt on's. It started a loud ticking lastnight sounds like its at the pass. side front top of the motor. It only does it when you start to give it gas, at idle you don't here it at all. Not missing runs smooth and oil pressure is fine. I don't think its a header gasket either but going to tighten the bolts up to make sure. Thanks for any input on what it could be.......

Well tightened all the header bolts none were that loose,Pulled valve cover took all the rockers off........no bent push rods or anything wrong with the rockers. I guess its gonna be a lifter...........
