Can you spot the problem.........

I just opened my new LS7 lifters to clean and soak before install. These
are new in the box from a sponsor.I hope they take care of it.Sorry the
pics are blurry.
Looks like they chamfered this one with a dremel tool

Judging from the amount of threads, there seems to be more and more issues with the ls7 lifters here lately.
