Ms4 with stock heads
I have ordered an ms4 with 111 lsa. I'm just wanting to make sure that it will work with stock heads. I don't want to flycut my pistons and I don't think I will have too but some post on here are really confusing so I'm just asking. I have a 00 ws6

Yes it will clear without an issue. You will not have to flycut. I would get the PRC EHT dual springs and chromoly pushrods with the cam. The springs will support the lift on the MS4 and last for much longer than the popular .650" springs on the market. Like mentioned above, it is always good to degree the cam in and measure PTV prior to firing the engine. Let us know if you have any other questions and we'll get you fixed up!

DO NOT TAKE ANY ONES ADVISE!!! Measure and make sure, secondly make sure you upgrade valve springs and you might want to do lifters also if yours have more than 50K miles. You will also want to do push rods. With push rods you also want to measure and get the correct sized PR. An oil pump is also in the works if the one your engine has, has more than 80K miles.
Its your engine your valve train your pocket.
