Default Cleaning block?

I was going to have my block cleaned at a machine shop, not sure if they hot bath it or use that new oven and blast stuff. But how can I get the block perfectly clean after that? The water jackets are easy I can just pressurize it with a hose but how can I make sure everything is out of the oil passages? Can I pressurize these with something or what?
