i have a 02 iron block 5.3 that i will be puttin 243 heads on. i plan on milling the heads out .020. i was wondering what my compression is gonna be after i mill the heads. i also have no clue what cam im going with yet, any cam input would be appreciated, im going for an aggresive sound and power, also what head gasket would work?

I would figure out the PTV clearances on the cam before milling the heads. Also, figure the compression you want before deciding how much to mill the heads. Don't do things backwards.
