Default Valve clearance

Blocked memory

Piston to valve clearance check

Steel rods 0.050
Alum rods 0.080

Correct me if I am wrong.

Just check and I have 0.080 clearance

I'd rather see .070-.080" on the intake, some people even say .100" (steel rods)

So I should be ok at 0.080 correct or should I fly cut the pistons?

I've always been told .1. You could get away with .08 though.

I'll take .080 any day on the intake run that, cutting it would be a wast of time and money.
