Default question about 317 heads and headgasket

If I milled my heads down to a 66cc would it be okay to run a .041 headgasket with a 4.1 bore?

Whats the lowest I can mill 317's before I have to worry about valve shrouding?

I understand the the optimal quench is around .035 , but is that true with milled heads? How would my ptv clearance be with this?

total chamber volume = combustion chamber volume + headgasket volume + deck clearance volume + valve relief pocket volume + crevice volume

combustion chamber volume = cc volume / 16.387

head gasket volume = pi x (gasket bore/2) ^2 x compressed gasket thickness

deck clearance volume = pi x (bore/2)^2 x deck clearance

valve relief pocket = valve relief pocket volume (cc) / 16.387

crevice volume = crevice volume (cc) / 16.387

More basic information

bore and strock of ls1

bore 3.9 stroke 3.62
deck clearance = -.007
combustion chamber of ls1 heads

swept volume = 3.14 x (4.1/2)^2 x 3.62 = 43.22

.006 = 1cc = .024
cc volume = 66 / 16.387 = 4.027
head gasket volume = 3.14 x (4.1/2)^2 x .04 = .5278
deck clearance = -.08358
valve relief = 0
crevice volume = .061

4.5322

10.5366:1

I can 10.5366:1 compression ratio if I ran a 4.1 bore headgasket and compressed thickness of .041 and milled the heads to a 66cc which is taking off .03 off.
