Default 383ci question

I want to build an engine with more cubes than stock and I figured the most cost effective way to go is a n/a 383 stroker setup. I don't think I need a whole forged rotating assembly for n/a. Where would be a good place to look for a cheaper cast setup. What kind of price range am I looking at to build the bottom end.
Just trying to get some initial experience based info.

i would look at scoggin dickey? but if i were you i would build a forged bottom end. If you decide to use a power adder later you already have the foundation, and if you decide to stay n/a you have a bulletproof bottom end.
