Your best bet instead of trying to have every one guess have the heads sent to a reputable (TEA, AI and many others) shop and have them give you the exact measurements for your heads. After that once you get them back still check your PTV and then go from there. No matter how much guessing or advice if you start to install a cam with out doing the actual measurment you are wrong.

Take them to rich and he will cc them and stuff for free prolly. I doubt they were milled that much that your gonna have an issue. Ive seen people run the cam with stock pistons alot i dont think it will be a problem get the cam and we can stick it in and bolt the heads on with no gasket and check ptv see where your at.

I myself am running 215CC intake and 64CC chambers from AI and I love the power they have brought to the table.
