Since this forum is sponsored by TSP, maybe I can get some inside answers. I just got a set of TSP stage something 243 heads through some trading. They're new, been bolted on an engine but never run. My concern is this: they have the castech mark on them. Being a GM tech, I've replaced several sets of these babies for being cracked, but never on a 243 casting. My question is: do these have the same common problem as the castech 852 castings that I've replaced so many times? I'd hate to have that happen to me, and I haven't had any castech castings before, so this is like a crap shoot to me. Please help if you have personal experience with castech 243s!
