Question Morel Lifter RELABELS

I know that Morels are rebadged and sold under different names like Lunati and Isky, etc.; would it be cheaper to buy the lifter under the "generic" Morel label, or under the relabels? If a relabel would be cheaper, which and what P/N

I am assuming that I need (Morel P/N) 184-100-hyd

There was a time several years ago with Lunati was selling the re-labeled Morels for about 1/2 the price. Not sure if it was an error on their part or what. Having recently searched myself the prices are all within a few bucks of each other and the bigger task is finding them. If 99blancoSS has them in stock then grab a set. There are times when they are out of stock like last year and there was a several month wait for the next production run.

^^ That was an actual mistake by the people who bought Lunati

I can have what ever set you need made (I am direct with Morel) if they are not in stock it should only take about a week. I always have sets in stock though 99.9% of the time. 7 sets in stock right now

FYI the number used by Morel is 5206 for the (relgular) link bar LS1 lifter. You have options to the lifter such as limted travel (HTL) as well as the ultimate Morel with a thicker body wall and HTL feature for sustained hi rpm.

so if you get the lifters with the link bar then you don't use the factory lifter trays?

WOW! The Lunati relabel is $100+ over the Morels. Does anyone know the corresponding P/N for the Isky relabels?

You won't find any deals there

The business structure of Morel is this, sell through camshaft companies.
The camshaft companies have the infrastructure and staff to support the
product. Morel doesn't have a tech support line, atleast not publically.

Some people are obtaining them backdoor from Ohio it appears

I get them direct from a Morel basicaly and can have made what ever you need if it isn't in stock. Usually takes a week or less.

If someone is looking for a set not listed on my website just give me a call. You can order them with the HTL feature (limited travel .030) or the ultimate which is thicker body walled for sustained rpms above 5500 or the ultimate with HTL.
Call me if you need help.

Best price anwywhere
http://estore.websitepros.com/2120533/Detail.bok?no=60

The distributor will have his company name stamped on the tie bar

This is why they all say something different. Only one time have I seen them without markings and that was when we had them made ASAP for a customer. Printing the logo takes extra time so we skipped that step.

The owners of the performance shop here in Ohio that sets up and tunes my car are good friends of the Morel family ... didn't know that until I had already bought mine. But they can get them with no problem.
