Default using l92 heads on a 408

do you have to do any special modifications such as fly cutting or anything of the nature??

flycutting depends on what type piston/cam duration you want to use and how much compression for you specific needs.

i want to use the g6x3 and i have diamond pistons with -2cc chambers and im wantin around 11.5 compression

They really don't require much to put them on a 408. The pistons already have reliefs so you should be good on PTV. However, it's always a good idea to check how much you actually have. Other than that, the heads will bolt right on. Remember that intake rockers, rocker pedestals, intake, fuel rails, etc. will all change from the factory LS1 style with these heads.
