will LS7 springs work on LS1 heads?
I was just needing a quick answer hopefully someone knows so i wont have to peel off a spring. they are most likely good to .600 lift from the factory since the stock LS7 cam is .59X" lift. Are the stocl LS7 springs dimensionally the same? are they a direct swap, or does any special machine work need to be done? I have a set of these springs on my C6Z and was hoping I can use them with a small TR 224 cam.
thanks for any info.

The spring will fit into the LS1 spring pocket without issues....HOWEVER, the LS7 spring sets up at a taller install height than the LS1's typically do (1.959" IIRC). If you put the LS7 at 1.800", you'll see about 145# seat pressure. The spring will not from there allow you even .550" valve lift though, so it's utterly useless to you.
