I just recently picked up a Vengance Racing VRX3 cam that I plan on putting in in the next few months. I have everything I need besides pushrods and an oil pump. Would a High pressure oil pump or a High Volume oil pump be better, and why? Thanks for any insight you may have.

Stick with a stock PUMP. The HI preasure pumps wont accomplish anything and a Hi Volume pump can suck an oil pan DRY at high RPM'S

get the oil pump from texas speed, you should be fine with that one

If you bought from VR they sell the Ls2 oil pump for a good price.
