Unhappy Blue Smoke- Help needed

I have a 1998 Z28 Camaro that I recently put LT's on and an ORY. Ever since then it has had blue smoke coming out of the exhaust this only happens after i get on it and once in a while while i am pulling away from a stop light. It does it slightly if i rev it in neutral as well. I am wondering if this is caused by not having cats or if this something that is normal without cats? Should i be expecting to rebuild the motor? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Checked the PCV valve and it is bad. I will replace that and hopefully it will help. Any other info you guys might have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
