GT2-3 in a 6.0l truck

Is this a good cam for this heavy truck? It's currently in my tbss and works great. Will the stock lifters, pushrods, and rockers work? I will upgrade springs to comp 918's. Thanks for any comments.

Yes its a great cam, and everything stock should work with it except the springs.

Thanks for the reply, I think I'll do the pushrod's while I'm in there to be sure it will carry the rpm and added lift.
