i have a 2000 ss camaro a4, i just got some new heads and cam (PRC stage 2.5 5.3 59cc chamber, and a ls1/6 hot cam 525/525 219/228 112 and i already have 3800stall 373 gears LT headers cutout. wata think? im wanting to break in the 11s. any body run this set up if so wat kinda numbers dyno/1/4 think i can get outa this set up, thanks for ur time

 

Do you still have the stock LS1 intake? If so I'll say...350-365rwhp tuned, with an LS6, MAYBE 380rwhp/365trq. Low 12's with good tires and traction. Just my guesses.

 

The heads are good for it but not sure about the cam. Not many people use the hot cam. There are so many cam options out there that are mild and make more power than the hot cam.

 

ya the car that we pulled it out of made 363 hp with ls6 intake and headers/ and i am getn an ls6 intake to

 

with my baby 226 i made 340rwhp (shitty tune) and went 12.1 at like 112 (dont have the slip with me right now). that was also with a 1.7 or 1.8 60ft. so theres definitly room to hit 11s i just gotta work on getting out of the hole. dont get caught up on hp numbers though... they are just a number

 

oh and my car also weighs 3700 w/o me in it

 

I had almost the exact same combo, except I had 3.42's and a 3500 stall. I only took it to the track once like that and I ran 12.2's on a 27" tall tire, im sure if i wouldve had a 26" tall tire it wouldve been closer to a 12.00 or so. I dynoed 350 rwhp 375 rwtq with that combo. This same combo ran 10.9's on spray too though.
