Hey Bad, I brought the heads to LAB in Lindenhurst NY. Matt told me that they can fix mostly anything so I hope they can fix this. It's not me paying for it 
The guy I bought them from has two choices, fix them or give me my money back. So either way it works out for me.

Me you I'd ask for my money back, since he sold you a shitty set of heads, I am sure he will do minimum to get them fixed and if they blow on you then it becomes your fault. Me you give them back and start with another set of heads IMO

I am glad I am sure the seller knew this **** heads just don't spring a leak at least none that I have ever worked with.

After the machine shop contacts me back with what is exactly wrong I will decide what to do.
