Default Head gasket question

i decided on leaving my ls6 heads alone until i build a motor for my car. I am planning on putting ls6 heads on my car within the next week or two. I was wondering what head gasket and what thickness i should use? I am fine with a bump in compression. The heads are stock casting 243's that have been cleaned and not milled. I have been looking at ws6store and texas speed and they have kits available for head swap gasket sets. Any ideas? Any input is appreciated.

Standard bore LS1? If so, you'll want the 3.91 size gaskets. Personally, I'd just get the GM .051 thick gaskets. Don't forget the head bolts too.

If you're on a budget I would just go with the GM MLS gaskets. You can go ARP or GM bolts. I think either one will be fine. If you aren't hitting it with anything crazy as far as power adders go, I would just go GM. They will save you $90 and do the job for you. Let us know if we can help and we'll get you fixed up!
