no a stock ls1 crank will work with it i had no issues changing anything.... just slapped a ls1 crank in it bolt everything up had someone look at my clearences and what not and bam she done!

yes they are gm 5 layer mls gaskets l92 head gaskets!

Lloyd's username is, NightTrain66. You could also talk to Texas Speed. Jason, from TSP, sent me a PM earlier about a cam that they have spec'd for L92 heads, that seems pretty promising. I may end up going that route.

SDPC-0069 230/238 560/595 at 115 made 50+ hp 6500 and 480+? I think at 3200. Im brok and cant afford the heads but call and ask Brain about a cam that is by Cam Motion on an LQ9 L92 head engine. Cam Motion only way to go for real custom grind to what you want the engine to do specs.

If it hasn't been mentioned before, I would go with atleast a 1 7/8" header, especially if you are going to be running spray.
