How is my car going to run? I just swapped out my stock heads with a set of TEA 5.3L stage 1.5 heads. I'm wondering how its gonna run before i get a chance to tune it. Is it going to stall out alot? Run very rich? Run very lean? Right now it is tuned by Norris motorsports using ls1-edit. Thanks and here is a list of my mods:
mti lid with k&n filter, fast toys ram air, metco breather, msd 8.5 wires, ngk tr6's, shaner stage2 throttle body, gm ls6 intake, maf translator, asp underdrive crank pulley, LS1-Edit tuning done by Norris-Motorsports, thunder racing 224/224 561/561 114 lobe cam, TEA 5.3L stage 1.5 heads, comp hardened pushrods, comp adjustable timing chain, agostino prepped ls6 oil pump, flp long tube headers with off-road pipes, whisper aggressor cat-back exhaust, vigilante 3200 stall converter, trans-go shift kit, b&m 18k tranny cooler, prothane tranny mount, gm 3.73 rear gear with auburn pro differential and TA performance cover with girdle, eibach pro kit, bmr adjustable torque arm, bmr weld-in relocation brackets, g2 control arms, g2 adjustable panhard rod, global west weld-on subframe connectors, powerslot front rotors, hawk pads, 17x9.5 zr1/ss polished wheels, Nitto DR's, Tnt wet kit 100 shot

Tires bro, your DR's are not going to handle that power.
With a very similar combo (N/A) i have run deep into the 10's.
I would recommed a more aggresive converter.
But your tires are not going to allow you to do much of anything off the line.

yes...i realize i need some slicks to hook up at the track. Those will come as soon as upgrade my stock tranny and rear end. But for right now i'm concerned how the car is gonna run going around town. Thanks.

If your car had tuning for the cam already I could not see you having to much of a problem. I doubt it will spit out maximum power but you shouldn't be doing that until it is properly tuned anyway.
