Default Can anyone ID this cam?

When I bought it, I was told it was a Speed Inc SI5, however the numbers on the end lead me to believe otherwise. Any help is greatly appreciated!

It is 228/222 .588"/.581" 114.5LSA+1 (with 1.7:1 rockers). They are Comp XER lobes.
