valve Springs
what happens if they fail? I bought used isky dual springs off a member here awhile back and am getting ready to install a ms3 with them. guess I am cautious since they are used. thanks

Worse case, you drop a valve and it goes through the top of a piston. Usually, a dual spring is a little safer though. If one spring breaks, you have a second one.
If you are concerned about the springs, take them to a local machine shop and have them check the seat pressures. If they are light don't run them. If the seat pressures look good, throw them on and check them after a year or so and see how they are doing. I can tell you, it is cheaper to purchase good springs now than it is to replace the bottom-end down the road. If you don't feel good about them, I would grab some new ones!
