Default Engine Break In

I've been reading a bunch of conflicting info regarding engine break in for the Gen III motors. I'm so confused as the best way to do it, I don't know what is right and wrong. Could someone please provide some guidance.

The best write-up I have seen on the subject. Getting the engine hot and putting a load on the rings seems to be the best way to ensure a proper ring seal and long engine life.
