Default quench and piston rock

i need to know if it is safe to order a LS9 .051 head gasket with these piston deck numbers

From side of piston towards front of block .010 above deck = .041 quench

piston rock both up and down .025 max above deck. = .026 quench

youre pistons rock that much? that doesnt seem right at all... .026 quench isnt enough, .040 is the smallest you can safely go and thats if everything is done right, and if you have that much pistons rock, its def not done right lol, not trying to put you down

its .025 total so it would be .012ish up or down from the pistons being flat.
