Default New rockers needed with new lifter/pushrods?

Hey,

I'm in the middle of a head and cam swap and replacing the lifters and maybe my pushrods (unless the 7.4s I have will still fit). I was told that I should really replace the rockers at the same time or worry about the parts not wearing right and damaging themselves.

What are all your opinions?

Normally we use the stock rockers, but do the trunion upgrade in them. Have had no issues doing that way yet.
