Default HELP with TFS heads and Harland Sharp install

Hey guys,

Just finished my buddies Head/Cam install on his 06 vette on Friday... He went with the following:

Thunder 224 cam
TFS 225 heads shaved .016
Harland sharp 1.7 rockers
7.500 pushrods
.051 cometic head gasket

He was told all the above was the right way to go..

When I installed the rockers and pushrods I got 1 3/8's turns to get 22 foot pounds as Harland explains in the instructions...

He now says after he runs the car up to 5500 rpm's or so and then back to idle the car develops a slight miss...After a minute or two at idle it goes away...

Friday and Saturday it was fine. Now 2 days later its doing this....Gonna look at it tommorow and see what I can find...

Just wanted to ask, does it sound like the lifters pumping out?

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated

Was the car re-tuned properly? Its probably best to have the car data logged to see what the motor is doing. (ie with HP tuners or EFI Live)
