lq4 build question?
lq4 build question? O.k, I have done alot of searching but have come up with nothing I can see as far as my combo goes.
Here is what I have..
It's a 2001 Model Lq4 and I have some 243 heads unported but milled to 0.030 with patriot golds.
*What will my compression ratio be with these heads and mls head gaskets?
*What is the cc size on the 243's after being milled to 0.030?
Here is my plan... give me you .02cents please.
*Stock rebuild on the lq4. with arp head bolts and rod bolts.
*243's that are already milled 0.030 with patriot golds . I want to get them ported but by who and how much? I am on a budget as are alot of us on here. More than likely they won't get ported but I'd still like suggestions on who to port them and how much it will cost.
*Ported polished and shimmed ls6 oil pump
*Ls2 hd timing chain
*Fast 92/92
*fast fuel rails
*stock injectors? suggestions?
*Cam... still unsure? suggestions?
*I have a built t56
*TDP stage 3 clutch with lightweight flywheel
*Moser 12 bolt 33 spline with 4.56 gears
*Kooks 1-7/8 headers
*3" lanes true duals with moroso spiral flows, also have cut outs and I will be getting electric ones
*Slp 85mm maf sensor
*Ftp air lid
*Slp smooth bellow
*Also I am going to get a udp..brand? suggestions?
Any input and advice would be greatly appreciated, this is all going in my 2001 Camaro. I want the best combo for the most power with what I have already. Thanks in advance guys.
