Oil Use Issue

All:

I have a 2001 Z06 and after the cam, heads and intake I have been having a oil use issue. The car only used a quart to 1200 miles before the change. I have found oil droplets on the rear area after a run on the track giving me the impression that there is blow by. After the work that has been done could the engine be building up that much pressure. I had a leak down test done and #2 and #5 are at 17% the rest are at 8%.

Try running a catch can off the valley cover to the port on the intake behind the TB to see if it helps relieve some of the problem and get an internal vacuum.
But I agree, 17% is too much
