Spacers behind the oil pump, and then clearance the front cover.

Nothing has to be done to the crank, and the spacers should be in the box with the timing set.

No, the crank should be fine. The double roller timing sets usually come with the spacers, oil pump gear, and hardware, along with the gears and chain.

I don't know of any aftermarket covers clearanced for a double roller. The only aftermarket covers I can think of are QTP's 2pc, and the distributor front cover, which certainly isn't any easier for a double roller.
