Help Me Pick Out A Cam I had asked advise before a couple weeks ago but things have changed and I'm planning on ordering a cam in the morning. I plan on running it on nuts only.

I plan to drive this car everywhere so I don't want anything too radical but I welcome a choppy idle. I'm hoping to make 400ish RWHP.
I'm thinking the 228/228 or Torquer 2, Futral F12 ?

1600-6400 RPM Power Band; This is an excellent all-around camshaft with excellent street manners. This cam will provide more mid-range power and slightly rougher idle over the 220/220 cam. Custom tuning required on automatic cars.
This camshaft typically gains approximately 30-35rwhp & offers good idle quality with wider lobe seperations such as 114 or 115
