Default Help calc clearance

Guys,

I am getting ready to do some engine work on my bike and wanted some clarification.

Manual states that the thickness of the std cylinder head gasket is .7mm. Kit gaskets are available in .65 | .60 | .55

It then states to use the appropriate gasket to adjust the squish height (squish height is the gap between the flat portion of the piston and the cylinder head). Always ensure the gasket chosen provides a minimum squish height of .6mm

Now my question is if I took of .007 on the head and used a .60 gasket what would my squish be? I am trying to figure out how close I can get to the .6mm squish either by milling the head or by choosing a smaller head gasket.

Thanks!
