Default Are LS2 heads a worthwhile improvement?

Is replacing stock LS1 heads with LS2 heads a worthwhile improvement? Can this even be done?

LS6 and LS2 heads will carry right over and bolt onto your LS1 without any problems! Expect about 15rwhp or so improvement over the stock heads with this swap. You'll want to tune the vehicle again to take full advantage of the head swap!

LS2's came with 243 heads (without sodium filled valves and yellow springs) or 799's. They're essentially the same design. I have 799's on my LS1.
