Default 1999 LS1 Value?

I have the chance to pick up a complete LS1 from a '99 Corvette. It runs good and has 65,000 miles on it. I don't want to post what I can get it for, I just want to see what you guys think it's worth. It has a manual trans behind it, and I plan on using a 4L60e or 4L65e instead, so the trans doesn't matter to me. Will the computer need to be re-done to mate up to an auto? Also, this will come with ALL accessories and computer.

The plan is to put this into a '66 Nova if I bought it. I am under the impression that the Corvette accessories are the good ones to get because they fit the tightest to the block, and of course under that 'Vette hood. Please let me know!

It will not have a transmission in the sale, just the engine.

I just picked up a 99ls1 and t56 with 90k on it for $1800. That was for the motor, balancer, intake, exhaust manifolds, oil pan. Basically complete minus the front drive setup, wiring, and PCM.
