Default need help

ok this is not LS1 related but i know that a couple of you guys here own Vipers, I tried posting this on the viper forums but apparently no one logs on there so ill try it here

I just bought my first viper, its a 94 tropic green and It has under 6500 miles. the car has plenty of power but at low rpms it seems to be misfireing.
It starts to jerk if you try to keep it around 1500 rpm or so, also it cant be that it wasent warm because i live in Puerto Rico and its over 100 degrees over here and i took it for quite a long trip and it had the problem all along.
the previos owner had replaced the spark plugs and ignition cables recently so i just want to know if theres another possibility that could cause this behavior. the car also seems to be unable to idle smoothly, it also jerks and bogs at idle. what could this be, id appriciate any help.

You didn't say what year the Viper is, but given the low mileage I'd say it's likely the injectors are in need of removal, cleaning, and flow testing.
