Whats the best h&c package if I want to keep my 98 z28 a daily driver?

It really depends on what kind of budget you have to work with. The best setup to go with is an aftermarket casting head such as a PRC, AFR, or TFS. These heads will be using an aftermarket casting, smaller runners, and larger valves. They will provide the best overall power everywhere in the power range due to these features. There are also a lot of vendors that do a lot of porting on stock castings to offer a cost effective alternative to the aftermarket castings. Give us an idea of what you are looking at and it will be easier to make a suggestion.

If i were to use any of the heads you mentioned what would be the best cam.
i want power but i just want to be able to drive it everyday.

Custom mild duration cam with broad powerband is what you would want to check into. TSP can have a custom grind planned out for you if you don't want to use an off the shelf grind. (It costs the same)

Im only 18 and buying everything on my own.
and im looking into the Torquer v.2 Cam is there any specific heads that work great with this cam?
