Default ARP torque

Hi , my buddy bought his staff to do the rebuild for his 99 Trans Am in this week , he bought all ARP bolts and studs and he don't know what is the torque for

Heads studs
Rods
Main stud

Please I want the answers *** soon as possible to start

What happened to the instruction sheet that comes with the fasteners?

Besides, that isn't enough info. Each of those are available in 2-3 different materials, all of which have a different recommended torque value.

If it's black, it's 8740 steel
If it's silver, it's ARP 2000 steel
If it's a bronze color, it's ARP's L19 material

Honestly though, when you have a question like this about a certain product, it's better to ask the people who made the product. Usually on here, you'll get several different answers from several different people.
