temp gauge and speedo issues

temp gauge and speedo issues Last night my temp gauge started acting up. The needle was bouncing between 140-180 degrees. I have a 160 stat in it.
Plus.... my speedometer will stick once I get around 60mph - 80mph. example.... as I am accelerating it will stick on 65 then jump to 70, stick again and then jump to 75 or 80.
Anyone have any input???
