ive been searching and wanted to confirm the stock legnth on my 5.3 pushrods 7.400? im running a 226/229 575/578 112lsa im thinking i need a 7.450 if i run the 7.400 will it have valvetrain noise? any help would be great.

Factory replacements would be 7.400". Depending on the base circle of the cam, lifters used, etc. the pushrod length will vary. Your best bet is to get the correct PR length measuring tool and make sure what you need for your specific application.

this might be a long shot but would you know what the correct pushrod length would be if I was using ls7 lifters in an lm7. I can’t find any info on pushrod lengths for these lifters or any pushrod lengths for oem lifters since they all seem to vary a little

All LS engines but the LS7 use the same length pushrods. LS7 lifters are the default LS replacement lifter and exactly replace the previous ones.
