Burned Valve question

Burned Valve question So I was street tuning my car, and I after I tuned my maf and VE table, I forgot to to PE back on. I took it to redline about 3-4 times...and didn't see any KR or anything.
Well this morning I was tweaking the tune, and realized what I did...
Anyways, car wouldn't start for crap this morning, just kept dieing on me. After it warmed up, it ran fine, but now it ticks. Here is a video.
Can you burn a valve with 3-4 quick accelerations?

Just from a quick listen to you video it sounds like a lifter tick, but I really dont know. If I were you I would try to isolate the sound to left or right side, top or bottom of the engine. If its up top pull the valve covers and remove all the Pushrods and see if any are bent.
