Default Need help on heads!!

2002 camaro ss m6 mid headers and full exhuse. I have a 228R cam from texas and 4.10s in rear. Looking to make 440+ rwhp. Any heads in mined for good price? NO BOTTLE! Any input can help Thanks!

stage II LS6 heads better heads will cost you more money, also look into gettin a FAST intake

If you have a budget, then as the person above said, some 243s would be nice. If you don't have a budget, then some AFR 205s, or some Trick Flow 215s. A FAST would be nice, but that's another $1200 new. Look into getting some fuel upgrades if you're on the stock fuel system, a walbro 255, and some 42# green tops would do fine.

It all depends on what your budget is. I bought some bare 243s for $200, then ordered some Patriot doubles .650", and my friend has some sodium filled valves to put on, and he's hand porting them. So all in all, I spent about $450 on heads that should flow the same as brand new heads that cost $1700 assembled.

What about texas-speed.com 220cc 5.3 heads 2.5 cnc ported? I heard the make just as much power as the 243s.

I think you will maybe make 420 with the TSP heads with that cam.the afr mite get you there.
