Wait right there while I run out to the garage and grab the manual I paid $50 for, and I'll type up all that info for you. Wouldn't want you to have to do a search or anything.

Well, based on this part you probably aren't ready to start cranking down bolts just yet. What kind of springs are they? What is your cam size? What are your heads?

All of those answers are easy to find, so with only a little effort you should have been able to find them yourself. Most people here like to help, but not when you're expecting us to do all the work.

There are plenty of detailed explanations to set up valvetrain and what the measurements mean. You should find the most reliable information as to torque specs and installed heights from the manufacturer who made your parts. They should have been included in the instructions, unless you bought them all used or you didn't bother with them either.

Ask a silly, repeatedly asked and answered, well enough documented question...get a bullshit reply.

I know from experience (LS1) that the ARP head bolts are more than the stockers. 75ft lbs on the main 10 bolts, then the 90* passes. Stockers are 55 ft/lbs.

Apply the moly lube that came with the ARP bolts to the threads, as well as under the head of the bolt and both sides of the washer. Only a light coating is needed. If you don't have the included moly lube, put some motor oil on the threads.

Torque all 15mm bolts to 30lbft in the torque sequence listed in ls1howto.com.

Do a second pass at 50lbft, and finally a 3rd at 70lbft.

Finally install the 5 smaller ARP bolts and torque them to 22lbft.

All of this info is in http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=1
