Default water in engine?

i have a 2000 trans am and i think water is getting inside something inside the engine. The first time i noticed it was after a bad rain fall. I started driving it down the road and i would step on the gas and it would go really slow and then out of nowhere the engine would go back to normal. The second time i noticed this was when i took it to a touchless car wash and i drove out of the car wash and it was doing the samething. I never had problems with the engine over the year ive owned it and still dont have a problem after it happend. Im just wondering if i damaged anything or where or what is getting water inside of it. any help please

is probably a connection that gets wet and gives you problem!! I will start with removing your PCM connection and look if you see rust on any of the pins
