So what rpm do you spin to?

Edit: If you don't mind, pm me your setup. I've been looking to do a set of stock ls6 heads, .040 gasket, and a cam in the fall. I was figuring 420-430 hp tops. I have a break in my shop, so fabbing up a "ram air" kit won't be a problem.

448 rwhp at 6200 rpm

https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...450-423-a.html

498 rwhp at 6600 rpm

https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...-500-rwhp.html

450 rwhp at 6500-6600 rpms

https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...s-numbers.html

I mean...since I only showed three examples (plenty more on this site) it can possible be the norm if done the proper way right? No reason to turn 7800 rpms with a stock style intake manifold. If it was a typo and he meant 6800 rpms, I'm with that all the way.
