quick stroker piston question

What's the difference between stroker pistons and a pistons setup for stock stroke? Would these be able to be run in a 383 stroker?

I would call Thunder Racing - they sell that same piston for less money and can tell whether it is suitable for your purpose.

Thats a stock stroke piston
